Thank you for choosing La Perle Concierge. We are committed to providing high-quality senior care services and digital resources to support caregivers. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds for Senior Care Services
Due to the nature of our services, all fees paid for senior care services, including Companion Care, Surgical Companions, Chronic Care Management, and Health Coaching, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any service-related concerns.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
- If La Perle Concierge must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.
2. Refunds and Returns for Digital Products
Our digital products, including guides, e-books, checklists, and caregiver resources, are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. However, if you experience technical issues or receive a defective file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- If a digital product is defective or inaccessible, we will provide a corrected version or grant access to an alternative product of equal value.
- Proof of purchase and a description of the issue may be required.
3. How to Initiate a Refund or Return Request
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@laperleconcierge.com with the subject line “Refund Request” or “Return Request.”
- Provide Details: Include your name, order number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of your request.
- Review & Processing: Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with a resolution.
4. Additional Terms & Conditions
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
- La Perle Concierge reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the terms outlined in this policy are not met.
- Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in restricted access to our services and legal action if deemed fraudulent.
